Teppanyaki Grill in Wilson

Service was extremely slow. They gave the bill quickly but it took a long time for it to be paid. We actually had to take it to the register. Food was not labeled and many choices were empty. The cakes were dry and no labels on the ice cream. As a person allergic to peanuts not having labels was not good.

We went for a birthday dinner, the food was great, with all the seafood you can eat of $10.00.

Atmosphere is bad, hospitality is unwelcoming, food was either dry or bland or the pieces were overpowered. Wouldn't ever go back plus place costs to much for what it offers. Website does not match place .

The food always seems to be hot and fresh

There's a sign on the table that says they charge for wasted food.   The food labels on the buffet were misplaced and hard to read.  I had a hard time finding something that I like.  Mr. Early, who was putting the food on the buffet, was nice and helpful.  He guided me where the sweet and sour chicken was located.  The ice cream containers were almost empty and the ice cream was so hard you could barely get one scoop out.  The cakes were not soft and moist. They only had two waitresses working during lunch time and I'd to get up to find a waitress to get my drink refilled. I spent $30 dollars for two buffets plus tip. I wish them the best, but I will not be returning.  Grandson's in Rocky Mount has the best buffet and service. We always go at 11 am when the food is fresh and hot.

If I could give zero stars trust me I would! One time when we went to eat there, there was a dead fly in my sister's food 🤢 . Also , we went back 2 years later and I was hoping the experience was going to be different but their was flies I'm talking about 6 of them. When I went to the bathroom, there was mold on the sinks which was just unacceptable! I DO NOT recommend you to come here💯 . This place needs to be shut down.

Love this place indeed! Lots an lots of choices to choose from and the food is really good! Would love to tip the cooks, they dezerve it! Also the ladies are at your table Jiffy quick to serve your needs! Truly a great place to eat every day if you lived in Wilson! I only review the nice an affordable place's that have fine food! This is one place to go with the family or friends. Happy eating 😀

Most of the food was dried out and old. Not the best buffet that I have had. Did have a good selection of food. Just wish it would have been more fresh.

Satisfactory for a buffet. Good variety, including seafood, sushi and Mongolian grill at a fair price... especially for a Sunday.

Pretty OK. Some food was cold. The selection was very big and varied and the staff was nice. The waitress kept my drink topped off and the table free of used plates. The restaurant was clean and not overly noisy. Would go again.

Pretty good went at a off time so food wasnt that hot but they had a microwave so that was convenient. Had a good variety of food.

We were greeted with a plastic glove and a temp check, which is alright I suppose. However, once seated I looked over the food, some looked alright. But serving tongs laying on counters, food had been sitting for awhile without change. Some had times from 12:45 pm, we had arrived at 4:15 pm. It was dark, not really inviting. The workers are nice, but the establishment needed work and the food was greasy and rubbery.. I don't think I'll be coming back.

Go during lunch and dinner hours and food is hot and at its best .service is good and prices fair.🎇

A large variety of food at a great price

This restaurant is below 1 star..I ate there last night and found out there sanitation score was a 80(I didn’t know you could even score that low and still be open). The food was mostly cold and had been sitting out for a long time. Save your money, time, and health.

Listen to everyone else. We were overcharged for our take-out food, which was sub-par to say the least. They didn't look in our boxes but charged us the seafood price which no one noticed until after we left. The food was okay, but luke-warm. They had a nice variety... but it was extremely overpriced. I could have gotten one of everything on the menu from the traditional take-out place down the road for what we paid for a family of 5 to eat here take-out.

Food was cold and old. If I get sick, prepare for a lawsuit

Food was good for the most part but almost everything on the bar was hardly warm and it seemed like it had been sitting there for awhile. This place has a sushi bar as well.

Some of the seafood was freezer burned, been here more than once,& this time WASN'T as good!!

Nice place with good variety. Not much interaction with the staff. The food was very good. I didn't even have to go to the grill for fresh cooked food. The had all my favorite dishes in the bar. Actually it was the first time I seen Egg Foo Young on a buffet. I must be behind time. Mostly though, the price was right!!! I would definitely return!!

I like Chinnese food

Food nasty.. Service was bad. And they were rude.

I just paid $30 for my wife & 1 child to eat hot food that was supposed to be cold, cold food that was supposed to be hot, & an hour on the toilet. Not to mention they now have signs stating they will weigh what's left on your plate & charge you for it. Which I could understand if half of it was edible in the first place. The staff doesn't even acknowledge you when you speak to them. Definitely my last time giving them a chance.

Well let's go Eastwood with this review. The good: the Tacos and the black pepper chicken. The bad: The ribs and beef with broccoli. The Ugly: Everything else. The best: The exit. They really get you with the 3.99 per pound wasted food fee. It's rough. The hibachi part I never tried though. Most of the food was over cooked while simultaneously being cold. There also is no organization to the buffet. Shrimp next to jello? Anarcanyaki Grill.

They've gone downhill over the years. Tip: Replace your food before it gets old. Seriously, do that and you'll have everyone back again. If that's too expensive, just cut down on your buffet items during the off hours. Less good food is better than all bad food.

Lots of food to choose from, however, it was not good and most tasted old. My 3 yr old spit out the mac & cheese and that never happens. My 8 year old said she'd rather at home and she begs to eat out every day. I did like the egg drop soup and there is lots of fresh fruit. We don't plan to return.

Pretty good food and variety, like most buffet you have to go during busy hours to get hot fresh food. Service somewhat slow at hostess stand a lot.

The food was cold, I think they leave it out for way to long. Some of the food was raw and had an old smell to it.

We went here for an early dinner and it was not very good. My boyfriend and I could not eat anything. The food on the buffet looked like it had been there for hours. We tried to eat from the Hibachi grill. The guy literally threw it on the grill and walked away. When we got the food it was dry and tough with a sour taste. My son was the only one who ate. Luckily, they charged us only for him and almost $6 for drinks.

Horrible food. Absolutely nothing on their buffet was fresh. Everything was old and stale. DO NOT EAT HERE!! Not worth the price.

I'm at this restaurant right now, andthe guy at the habachi grill placed my food on the grill then walked away to move dirty dishes and immediately came back out and continued to cook my food I immediately told them I didn't want anything else I will never ever eat here again🤮🤮🤮 and the bathroom smells terrible but it's probably bc the people who are here had to use the bathroom bc their food was mishandled the way the cook was about to handle my food

My friend and i went in with a pleasant attitude, ready to wind down from work. There was no one in sight to greet us. Then when we went to check out the food, they walked up on us with an attitude. Terrible service. The food was old and dried out. Employees sitting around watching videos on wall mounted tv. Employees were dirty, sloppy and nonchalant.

There was a sizable selection of food to choose from but some of the food wasn't as warm as it should be. The quality of the food is low. The dinning area was a bit dirty as was the floor at the buffet. The booths and chairs need work or should be replaced. The food looked like it had been staying out for a while. Worst of all, if you tasted the food and didn't like it (say because it was cold or nasty) you are charged 3.99 per pound for food waste. This restaurant certainly could be worse warranting a 1 star. However, I rated this place a 2 because with some improvements, it could be better, but it could also be much worse. I don't expect to come here again. (PS. There was no music playing, which makes dining a tad bit more awkward in silence.)

The hibatchi is bangin

Its gotten better. As far as the food being warm and ready. Big Buffets. People still arent very friendly or polite. They still watch you like a hawk. Lol But you can ignor them.

Good food & service

It was definitely better the first time we visited. The food looked as if it had been on the buffet for a while. Some of the food was also cold that should have been hot. We'll probably not be going back.

The food is good, but the prices are high.

Went on Oct 16 for lunch and it was terrible, black pepper chicken was spoiled, honey chicken sauce was not right either. Ceiling was leaking.front entrance floor was dirty. Their was a ladder sitting in doorway of party room .Drinks were flat. Shrimp had a dirt taste. This place has gone down hill, I want go back.

Staff is attentive and polite. Food is good. Lo mein noodles were a bit over seasoned, beware before serving yourself a handful, as there is a 3.99 charge for food waste. Sushi is probably better around the time of opening since it's fresh, otherwise you'll have to settle for cold, less appetizing leftovers as it seems no new rolls are made throughout the day. Even then, you're better off going to a dedicated sushi restaurant.Still, this place is a good deal for the price, just make sure to try what you plan to eat before piling it on your plate.

Great food great variety of foods..you can choose foods to be cooked as you watch and also serve sushi

Always has a nice variety to choose from, be wary of buffet... pending on how busy they are is the result of the quality of their product...best times for that id reccomend all day and evening on sundays, and weds after 4pm. Because of church crowds keeping them busy, aside from the buffet they also have very good hibachi,...and sushi as well... not a large selection but still tasty none the less... the staff is very friendly as well.
